I know these mosaics will come out tiny on the page, but you can click if you want to see detail. Not that there is much in fog! The frost on the other hand, brought out all the tiny leaves and blades of grass perfectly.
For once I didn't alter anything in photoshop-apart from cropping them a bit. The day was really this colourful!
I am doing a page in my journal everyday-or at least part of a page, after having a long break from doing anything. The first part of today was, as you can see, beautiful. The final part, with even more demands for even more paper work, and some intense discussions resulting from this, was not. It was difficult and not that pleasant. Consequently, I wrote down my negative feelings on the page before this, then drew some circles on this page. There is something about drawing circles that makes me feel relaxed. I love the feeling of it. Big or small, I don't care! The circles reminded me of the rusty section of bed spring-I think from the Thames-that is hanging on the back of the box room door-hence the picture!

I truly like frosty gray photos. Yours capture that quiet misty feeling of autumn so well. As do the leaves all crocheted with frozen lace. Looking forward to the BBG display! Hang in there with circling around those negative feelings.
A lovely collection of photos! Perhaps it is time for teachers to get together and say ' NO MORE PAPERWORK!!' It is grey and dreary at the moment (8.15) but it is supposed to be a dry day, with some sun,
great composition of photos...looking forward to seeing billy goats gruff
:)
Your photos of the perfectly colourfull day- LOVE! The fog is a familiarity that I can live without- so much here! The circles are awesome and most inspiring- I did one today of tea rings, by accident- on a white tea towel..pretty cool!
I love your circles. Love that you see the beauty in the springs. Love it.
i so enjoy you...
the beauty you share, the joy you encircle.
xoxoxoxo,

Great collection of photos. Love the leaves in the ice...
Sure is getting colder over there
Beautiful photographs, all of them. Frost really enhances everything it touches and fog allows beauty to be glimpsed through it. I have always doodled lots of circles and spirals - reflecting the state of my mind, maybe.
Hope you win the battle of the paper work. Speak into a dictaphone and get a clever bit of technology to transfer it digitally to your computer!
Beautiful fog & frost pictures! We've had a few mornings with frost. I am already looking forward to spring!
The triptychs were very good. They exploded to life in big size.
