Today

After school, girders were being swung into place, guided into their slots by two builders in crane platforms. I love all the shapes against the setting sun.

Earlier in the day I saw that the washing had been hung on the climbing frame by Berkye and the large Holi paintings Linda has been doing with the children were laid out to dry. You can see the blossom on the confused tree in the background. I like the whole scene. I am not sure how long this Spring like weather is going to last but it is very enjoyable while it does.

Building sites are very interesting, aren't they> Much better than the finished thing usually!
Adore your Rapunzel dolls. My girls always liked the story of Rumplestiltskin, I must have read it hundreds of times.

Just loving all the "graphic" contracts of lines and shapes in these photos, Sarah. And love the washing hanging out on the climbing frame--great idea! Blossoms in February??!! Beautiful... We've has some lovelier days here, but no blossom yet! ;o) Happy Weekend, my friend ((HUGS))

Hi,again, Sarah! Just wanted to quickly thank you for the photo tips at my art blog... I do use low-light or diffused light and use art programme on the pc to adjust brightness/contrast, etc. But the metallic pigments I'm using are so shimmering, some of the great effect gets lost when taking photos... But I keep trying! ;o) ((HUGS))

I like how you've contrasted the creations of people from the big construction of men to the paintings of children. Ingenuity comes in many forms.

Jealous of your blossoms
