This made me smile! What a lovely doll, I don't think I've ever seen a doll with a lamb before let alone a rubber one!

I was going to say I'm old enough to remember toys like that then saw your comment that it's a hot water bottle. But I do remember either myself or my sister having a toy lamb similar to yours.
