Will the work ever end? Well no-but I can dream.

So far this morning I have jet washed the car, ironed three loads of washing, cleared my t-shirt drawer and been to the charity shop with some of them and some-about ten-belts. I hardly ever wear belts so why have I got so many? I have not started on the floor-but I have cleaned the bath and sink-hurrah! It is so hot that it is all taking longer as I am going slower than normal! These are my first attempts at drawing with the pen-it is so lovely! It is easy to use now I have got the hang of it, and functions as the mouse too. It enables you to write instead of type in all situations but I want to keep up my typing speed!

Don't watch this film if you are feeling at all miserable. It will not help! It is good, and moving, but really harrowing. I want to read the book as I am sure it is full of more goodness and harrowingness, but not yet!
She just seems to be the sort of girl who might say this.

I've heard about those crazy pens - it's neat to see what you can do with it! Is there an electronic pad that you use with it?

(We have a copy of The Road around here someplace. My boyfriend's mother gave it to us after she stopped reading it because she found it too bleak and depressing. Heh.)

I shall post a link next post for the pen!

Coveting the Wacom Pen. Seriously coveting! But then I would get even less done around this house...like now...I should be mopping and vacuuming. Bleh. Love the results from your toys.

It's raining here ..... never mind, I'm fascinated by your new toy and in reply to your girl - when we were little and someone said that, we would reply 'I don't know, the label has fallen off'

Oh your new thingie looks wonderful- would LOVE to stop by and dink with it! When I am feeling somewhat miserable I enjoy horrid depressing films best- when I am happy and contented I want something that matches my mood...so I will wait until I feel poopy to watch 'the road.'

Oh that is so spooky... I've just ordered a Wacom Bamboo thingy... Although, I've been using a graphics tablet for years as a graphic designer, my one just died. It was really old. I couldn't afford the one I wanted but have heard great things about the bamboo so ordered that. Yay! So glad I did. I love your creativity Sarah...it's catching ;) x

Wow you've had a full-on busy day Sarah. Weekends are meant for relaxing! No more house work. Put down the cleaning products. Now! I love these drawings. I want to see that film but having been game enough yet to watch it. I just need to get the timing right I guess...

Love that technique, Sarah and MUST try it.
Say, "The Road"? I saw it at the cinema. Great acting but yes, it IS quite bleak.
I read the book first. Whew. Just prepare yourself, Sarah. Great acting but yes, it IS quite bleak.
Take care!
