Renee

What a great time I have had knowing Renee. I cannot believe my luck to have stumbled across-or been stumbled across by, such a lovely person. To meet someone, only for them to leave after such a short time, is where the luck ran out. If only love could make things as we want them to be. I know so many people are so sad today. Renee made me feel special-like all good friends can-she listened and took note of what I said or the pictures or things I made. She was appreciative of me as an individual. I was always in constant awe and admiration of how someone with enough troubles of her own could be such a positive force for so many others.
I loved her and I will miss her voice and her sense of humour in my comments. I am thinking of your family tonight Renee and sending my love to them, and to all your other friends.
In explanation of the pictures-the acorn is one Renee sent me after reading my post on searching for an acorn in Greenwich park-but at the wrong time of year so to no avail! The flowers are because it is Spring and because I have a packet of wild flower seeds that Renee sent me also and that I will plant in her memory.

Sending you hugs from here and hoping that with each bloom a memory will bring a smile to your face. Love and friendship, when true, are never faraway from our hearts.

Oh Sarah, isn't it incredible how someone we've never even met can touch us so profoundly? I feel so strongly about my blogging friends, including you, and am so joyfully enriched by these relationships in a way I would never have imagined possible - it's constantly amazing to me. Renee was such a very special person - exceptionally so - and I will miss her too. She always found a way to reach out so thoughtfully. I love that what you've said here is about celebrating that and how she'll live on in your life... I am really sorry that you have lost a friend xx

That was beautiful Sarah...I always wondered about the acorn. Yes she is a soul, who amazed alot. How someone in pain, turmoil, death and so positive was given such a short time. But I thank the stars she introduced us, we will always have a memory with her. We can share with others and each other.

Love ya girlie...
