The week before I had to go to Bermondsey to collect a parcel for Andy. This is the strange little industrial estate I went to. It is van land I think-where the vans go to sleep at night, before setting off on their travels the next day.
Thanks for the comments yesterday-and thanks Lisa and Tracy for pointing out Hearts for Haiti-an Etsy shop to raise money for Haiti. Here is a link to that.

Have a lovely Sunday!

VERY fun photos, Sarah... sound like you're having a great weekend! And thank you for the tips for Haiti aid! :o) Happy Weekend ((HUGS))
Do all your eggs have cute little stamps on them? Ours don't. I feel as though I'm missing out on something special here! Cool shots!
PS - re the info about the fundraiser shop. I just read back over the comments in your previous post and see that Lisa had explained it all before I did. Sorry about that. I ususally have a read of the comments before I post but must have been distracted by something at the time. Doesn't take much to distract me. A piece of cake will do it. Especially banana cake ;)
You have an eye for little things, don't you? I haven't made a cake for a while. We're trying to reduce the amount of sugar we eat; hard work :(
Have a lovely week!
Mmmmm...now you have my attention...love banana cake, I'll have just a small piece please, have to watch my girlish figure you know(whatever)!!!
Wonderful colours and nice subtle shadows in this photo
Reminds me of Burgundy wine.
Royal eggs - love it!
What a great shadow shot! Love those royal looking eggs! I also love banana cake, so I'll take a small slice! Wishing you a great week!

YUM ... homemade banana cake! Would love a piece with my coffee. Nifty shadow shots today.
Hugs and blessings,
Ooooh, banana cake is one of my favourites - actually, I love most things banana-ery!
I went for tea today with a friend, the sun was shining and I had a beautiful paper butterfly in my hair... so was thinking of you :) I hope you've had a lovely Sunday so far... xo

You're right when you said "you like the colour combination" of your cake ingredients, and I definitely agree too. Loving the crown stamps of your eggs. Looks like Sweden royal crown.
Fantastic shot and of course your artistic.
Happy SS...
Great shadow photo!
Love banana cake :)
I love those eggs! Do they really come with those little blue tattoos on them?
That's really funny! I made a banana and blueberry cake earlier this week. I love the idea of the sleepy vans in Bermondsey. Imagine the drivers tiptoeing away quietly after they've locked them up, in case they wake them. Ahh bless!
x
The Queen's Eggs...!!! Fantastic. Bermondsey Square is where my friend Miss Jeanne lives so I believe I recognized the building where the vans have their sleepovers.
Great Shadow Shot Sunday, Sarah. Thanks for that and the ads re: Haiti.
Candace in Athens. x
I like the colour combination too. Great shadow shots. I miss banana cake.hmm yummy!

Queen eggs and king bananas - a royal purple box, what an important event!
I LOVE the thought of vans going to sleep at night. Great shots!
I rather like the colours of the eggs, egg-box and bananas too! Made me smile. Ros
