Holland Part 2-New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve-the men cooked while the women danced! Delicious food, lovely wine and dancing-perfect! I got a hankering for a Wii-dancing where you get ongoing feedback as to how well you are doing is kind of fun.

I learned some Dutch watching this song-I have not remembered it-but I think I would if I did it a few more times.

Only allowed fireworks for one day of the year, so better start early. You can hear the sounds of them over the tram.

Hi Sarah, I'm slowly catching up on my old blog friends ;). Happy New Year! Looks like you've been on quite an adventure. So cool to experience traditions in different countries. Exciting for sure! Much love, Di x

You had fun! It's an excellent idea to dance while the men cook - hope they cleared up afterwards;-)

That is MY kind of place! Fireworks once a year only? Sign me up!
Over here, every weekend seems to be an excuse for them. The cats are not impressed, and neither am I.

That wii-dancing looks like so much fun!

Sounds right to me - the men cooking while the girls dance!! Even on the little video clip the fireworks looked good.
