More Faces

I have finished! Tidying is well under way-I may seem obsessive but that is because naturally I am a lazy untidy person, and I have to put all my effort into resisting the slide into complete slobdom. I do love it when the house is done so I can relax and do something more interesting instead! Tonight it was playing with coloured pencils in the portrait class. I have posted all my faces so far to see the progress. I just love drawing faces-I should really try some real people I suppose but I quite like the made up ones. Face 123456
Bedtime now.

The eyes of all your ladies each say something different.

I am the untidy one in our relationship. Youre right, the house looks so much better when it is tidy, but I cant help myself. I tend to surround myself with hexagons on the coffee table, crochet in a box under the coffee table. All handy for me just to pick up in a spare moment. Must drive Mike mad, but hes very tolerant.
Excuse the lack of apostrophes, I cant find them on this Swedish keyboard!
The eyes in your faces are, dare I say it, eye catching, they draw you in.
My grandson who is 4 is disappointed not to be going to school now. I expect you are very happy though! Enjoy your break from school. Im sure you will fill it with allsorts of lovely arty experiences. I look forward to you sharing some of them.

When Malcolm retired, I said I was retiring too - from doing all the housework!! So now we share it and whiz round the house on Friday mornings. We are both neat and tidy (except in the studio!!),

I'm going the other way - used to be obsessively tidying and cleaning a lot of the time, now I just let those dust bunnies be sometimes... And I notice the world has not stopped turning ;) Life's too short! But I agree, it's lovely when it's all neat and play can happen guilt free.

These faces are beautiful, Sarah! You're so multi-talented!

ps LOVED the pirate pic :D
