She stayed in this bowl for quite some time, contemplating what may happen to her...
This is what has happened so far-She has been dismembered-which wasn't too difficult-she was pretty badly put together. The blue paper is that photo paper which supposedly leaves an image when exposed to sun. I have had it for months and was secretly excited about trying it. It was a big disappointment-the most I noticed was a greeny tinge on the exposed bits. It is a lovely blue though and I really liked this photo.
This is my new doll-that was not finished at my last post. I am really excited as she has been sold! My first Etsy sale! She has been bought by Brandie in Apopka in Florida who, like me, loves dolls. She is all ready to go to the post office tomorrow. The doll-not Brandie.

Awesome!! Congrats on selling your first doll.
Thanks Liz!
hello from another south east londoner, and thanks for your blog comment about the horse.. i really wnat it, but just dont know what ill do with it , or where it will live, your blog is cool, and your dolls are brilliant, greenwich is the perefct place to find things like that, i mentally spend a small fortune every time i go there..
Congratulations on your first Etsy sale!
Looking forward to seeing what you do with the new doll.
Lynne
i have not been to portabello for ages, a long over due visit is needed i think, tell me, if your a south east girl, have you been to deptford junk market, its a mental place that scares me, but i love it also, you would love it for a rummage.
its on every wednesday and saturday, wednesday is good because the guy selling last months magazines for 80p is there, so i always fill my boots with magazines i dont really need, but they are too much of a bargain,
and the junk market is just off the main street, near the magazine guy and it can be hit and miss, but you are guarunteed to find some things you want, but be warned, its the kind of opposite to greenwich, it is badly displayed and quite often it is junk, but in amongst the junk treasures can be found....go through my blog untill you see the post where i was momentarily a theif..deptford junk market made me do it.
congrats on your first sale!
you can probably get the earring bits from etsy - i'd love to see the finished results.
have you seen those coat racks made with dolls hands?
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR FIRST SALE!!!!
