Here is Perdita's story, made into a little book, sewn together, written in ink pen and aged with coffee. I enjoyed making the little book a lot-I want to make more things where I get to sew paper-it is most satisfying! Now I have made this, all I need to do is make her a label and send her off. Next weekend I will wave goodbye to her and hope to see her again one day!
Reading it through now I see I have used 'changed' twice and 'change' once, all in quick succession. Oh well. I wrote it without rehearsing-I have been mulling over the idea for ages and just sat down to write it in the end rather than putting it off for yet another day! Have I ever told you I am one of the world's best procrastinators but have learned to fight against it over the years?! I am now going to go and look for a brilliant short film I saw on procrastination once a few years ago which I have just remembered now.

Question: do you write your text and then age with coffee or the other way round?
I used to love it when my children had to produce an 'aged' scroll - great fun.
