I've heard that they did a marvelous upgrade of the Museum of Natural History in London a couple of years ago. They certainly had some degraded animals when I visited many years ago. I hope to see its new incarnation. There's a small museum "stuffed" with stuffed animals a couple of hours from were I live (it's near Tillamook, Oregon), and I'm reminded I need to go back again. It's old-style with a lot of cool animals. If you're ever in Oregon, don't miss it :)tapirgalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10098235462073493603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2527249508675423548.post-44422915294526025982009-05-17T08:37:00.000-07:002009-05-17T08:37:00.000-07:00Hi Sarah, thanks for visiting my blog. As an animal-lover one might expect that we wouldn't like stuffed dead animals, but I have to say, this is a strange thing I do like - the museums, etc. Maybe I just like to see how they look up close. Have you found others who share this (strange?) interest? I can see that you love animals, too :)tapirgalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10098235462073493603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2527249508675423548.post-3950332347590588792009-05-17T08:33:00.000-07:002009-05-17T08:33:00.000-07:00Yes I see what you mean.
